Request Citt.ai Data Deletion
Citt.ai honours the privacy choices you make through Facebook and WhatsApp. Follow the steps below to initiate deletion of the data we process through those integrations.
How to submit a request
- Open Facebook on the web or mobile and navigate to Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Select the app named Citt AI.
- Click Send Request to ask Citt.ai to delete the data associated with your account.
- Facebook will submit a secure, signed request to Citt.ai. You will be redirected back to this site with a confirmation code you can use to track progress.
You can also email declan@citt.ai if you need assistance or want to make a manual request.
What happens after a request?
We verify the request, coordinate with the relevant therapist or clinic where needed, and delete or de-link eligible integration data across our systems. If some records must be kept for legal, safety, or clinical-record reasons, we restrict access and explain the reason in our response.
