Can I change plans later?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be prorated.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?+
No, the Starter plan is completely free and requires no credit card.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export data before canceling. After cancellation, data is handled under the retention schedule in our privacy policy, including limited retention where legal, safety, tax, or care record obligations apply.
What counts as an active AI-supported client?+
A client counts when their portal is active or when you have sent a live portal invite. Practice records that have not been invited to the AI portal do not count against this allowance.
Are there any setup fees?+
No, there are no setup fees or hidden costs. What you see is what you pay.
